Dear friends,
About waiver requests:  •If you're in a "non-school" school and weren't able 
to submit your waiver request because your school didn't have its own access, 
please let me know immediately.  Your school can still submit, but we need to 
do it by the end of Friday.
•The information about who is processing the waiver requests and how they 
will be processed is still mysterious.  The latest information I have gotten 
is that the regional superintendents will read them, but Diana Lam and Joel 
Klein will make all of the decisions.  That sets your sights a little, 
doesn't it?  Bruce
