[ProgressiveEd] Draft of flyer for listserv

Central Park East II is mobilizing its parents for March 18th. It has been in 
our weekly newsletter and we had a special table last night (and will have 
today) to sign people up for the meeting. We have our own flyer that we are 
giving out and a petition. The demands are aligned with those of PENNY.  
Since CSD is offering free Metrocards, we will submit a list and distribute 
the cards. We will work on the rest.
