Youth Fair
Chance is a program run in collaboration with the Phipps Community
Development Corporation. They service young people from 17 to
21 years of age. Phipps CDC provides career counseling, job
placement services, literacy programs, ESL classes, Bridge to
College programs and a Technology Center.
At Youth Fair Chance there are two pre-GED classes; one GED
class and one Spanish GED class where CEC staff helps prepare
students to take their High School Equivalency Exam.
All of the students attending the GED program are provided with
computer instruction ranging from computer basics to office
programs and new media application.
