In the ninth grade one of the many things student must do to get to the next

grade is constitution works. In constitution works, students

role-play as Supreme Court Justices or lawyers. All Justices must come up with

question for the lawyers. All lawyers must come up with briefs based on the

United States Constitution, past Supreme Court decisions, federal laws, lower

court decisions, and appeals court decisions. Students read past

Supreme Court cases and they must also learn the constitution.
