to our school's website! You will encounter some very exciting
and innovative programs here. Our students and staff are involved
in some very rigorous academic work, as well as varied support programs.
We are a college preparatory program. Each year, over 90 percent
of our graduates are accepted into some form of higher education!
Our host, Bronx Community College, provides facilities and resources to
help our students achieve success in their future endeavors.
We graduate students by portfolio assessment. Students move through a series of benchmarks and are graduated by a demonstration of habits, skills and knowledge in these interdisciplinary portfolios. The entire community participates in setting standards through round table portfolio presentations. Our students' continued success in college and other endeavors reaffirms our belief that the critical thinking, problem solving and research skills we help them to master are serving them well.
