You must type district\ before your user ID. (leave off the @nycboe.net)

Make sure that "Caps Lock" is off when you type your password

Change your initial password once you've logged in. (Enter district for the Domain.)

Teachers who do not have a valid Outlook account should contact the DIIT Help Desk (718-935-5100).
