CEC has developed and implemented an interdisciplinary math, photography and culinary arts curriculum infusing school and work based learning for business marketing. Students are introduced to a broad range of professions through career awareness, career preparation activities and additional work based learning experiences, such as externships and job shadowing.

The V.T.E.A. Program at C.E.C. provides funding for vocational training as an after school activity. It also uses the medium of vocational training to improve literacy and math skills. V.T.E.A. gives students practical training that can be translated into the basis for a job after they have completed school or obtained their G.E.D.
