LESP's mission is to provide and maintain a safe, academically rigorous and cultural rich, learning environment. In a small, technologically-oriented community, students transfer to LESP will be provided ample opportunity to develop both academically and socially. The needs of both our American and English Language Learner students require that our staff share in the responsibility of fostering and celebrate academic achievement. Teachers adhere to a standards-based curriculum and account for individual learning styles. LESP teachers bring the most effective instructional techniques and philosophies into the classroom combining the new with best practice. Students are taught to maximize their skills as they advance towards college and beyond.
