James Baldwin Literacy Center

James Baldwin is a literacy program housed in the Bronx Regional High School Building at 1010 James A. Polite avenue, Bronx, New York. James Baldwin is unique because we provide basic instruction through advance literacy with an option for eligible students to earn high school credit. In addition we have a Pre-GED class for those students who have basic literacy skills, are older, and want to prepare to enter a GED program.
