Transitional High School

Many sites are located within comprehensive high schools and community-based organizations.  Students, who stay at OES for six months to one year, have the opportunity to make up lost credits within small and personalized classrooms. Teacher work with students to complete coursework required for high school graduation.  Our host agency counselors and OES guidance counselors prepare students to make a positive transition to high schools for the remainder of graduation requirements. Prospective students and their parents may contact the Guidance Department to arrange an intake conference. We the n evaluate student transcripts and place the student in an appropriate school setting.  Please contact our Guidance Department at 718 318 2216, extension 872, to intake appointment.  Bring your high school transcript and immunization documentation.
