Environmental Science with Carol Syllabus Goals To provide students with an awareness of the fragile nature of the natural environment To provide students with the skills to critically analyze current events and government actions and policies To carry out controlled experiments and write a science research paper To prepare students for the Living Environment Regents Exam and the Satellite Science portfolio Requirements for 2 Credits 1. 95% attendance 2. 2500 class points 3. Satisfactory rating at mid-semester evaluation 4. Satisfactory rating of class portfolio contents and presentation 5.
