The Story -About The Brooklyn Bridge

The Brooklyn Bridge was built in (1869 - 1880)
The Brooklyn Bridge was, at the time of its completion, the longest suspension bridge in the world and of any kind. The Bridge at Wheeling, Cincinnati, and New York were still in use in the 1960's.  Washington Roebling supervised the Brooklyn Bridge project and was made chief engineer of the Brooklyn Bridge after his father�s death.

I walk over the Brooklyn Bridge to Canal Street to go shopping. When I walk on the Brooklyn Bridge I see boats and trams and lots of Chinese selling vegetables and clothes, food and bags.
